Student Form!

Hi!  If you want to sign up your dolls for school, fill this out:

Doll's Names:  Kit, Gwen, and Lilly

Doll's Ages:  9, 10, 11

Classes you want your dolls to take:  All!

Also, send Mackenzie and I an email with the picture of your doll! :)

    We havent figured out what classes there are yet,but u can just name some ur doll wants to take:)

    And if u want ur doll to join we will need a picture of her,her name,Date of birth,age,and a little about her:)

    Then u can post on ur blog about her time here at our school:)
